That's a disagreement about what actually drives this company — and it's not demand. It's capacity. Every advanced chip — H100, H200, the incoming Blackwell B200 — comes off TSMC's 4N and 4NP nodes. And every one of those chips passes through a single packaging bottleneck: CoWoS. TSMC's 2.5D advanced packaging is the physical ceiling on Nvidia's revenue. Demand is effectively infinite right now; the constraint is how many substrates TSMC can bond. Nvidia consumes over 60% of TSMC's CoWoS output. HBM memory from SK Hynix, Samsung, and Micron adds a second constraint layer.
