It is a structural shift in the global compute market — one that will echo through blockchain's fragile infrastructure of decentralized GPU networks. The ledger does not lie, but the narrative does, and the narrative around AI abundance masks a growing concentration of the physical hardware that powers both AI and blockchain. The context is straightforward. Nvidia, the dominant GPU manufacturer, has committed to a massive capital expenditure on a single facility.
